I've been thinking a lot about brainstorming lately, and how much criticism is leveled at this simple, nice, productive tool. And I think the basic problem is that there is a lot of really TERRIBLE brainstorming going on.
So I have set up a series of videos to talk about brainstorming. Here's the first one, and it's all about why most brainstorming sessions are less productive than they could be, and how to fix it. There's a nice (free) download too.
I'd love to hear your thoughts about this -- does it make sense to you? What have your experiences with brainstorming been like?
