I was combing through notes from talks I recently attended. It's shocking how much of this kind of thing proves to be immediately recyclable. However, Peggy Grall's stuff seemed worth sharing and filing.
I particularly loved this chart (forgive me if I didn't get it quite right).
The curves on the graph are the kind of change you are experiencing. In brackets is the kind of leadership help you need.
Many people in the current economy are experiencing intense change -- lots of unknowns about where they are going, and unknowns about how they will get there.
Some are experiencing chaos.
Probably the only people experiencing business as usual are those on salary in very stable large organizations.
This is worth remembering when thinking about where your customers are at.
