Wells Fargo joins the list of banks now on Twitter. The feed is called Ask_WellsFargo and is staffed by a guy named Joel. Interesting idea -- instead of pushing marketing messages, he's answering questions. This seems a lot more customer centric than most corporate social media efforts. Just making themselves accessible. Wachovia and Bank of America also have Twitter feeds.
