I'm putting the finishing touches on a presentation I'm giving soon on market segmentation. The specific topic relates to successful implementation. [Hardly a one hour topic, more like a book, but that's another story].
So who are the heroes of successful marketing segmentation these days? What are the stories we should be celebrating or wringing our hands about?
If you have thoughts on this topic, war stories to share, or ideas about who has done this well, please comment, send me an e-mail, fly a trial balloon etc. Like Yankelovich's February 2006 article in Harvard Business Review (a masterpiece on this topic, but you will need to buy it if you don't subscribe), I want to focus on taking action in the business to respond to the segmentation.
